See, that’s what the app is perfect for.

Sounds perfect Wahhhh, I don’t wanna

And most recently, my latest Crash fic of trying to salvage the Crash part of ‘A Dragon Sized Adventure’ into it’s own game that goes in it’s own direction. I think it turned out pretty well, heh.

This one is pretty simply me rewriting the events of Sonic 06 to make a bit more sense and work narratively. (This was written before Frontiers was even around… but I don’t think anything is at odds here.)

Just posting the rest of the works I have ever done. This one was a short story  involving Rouge learning how Shadow felt after those moments of seeing Maria’s death and beyond before his years of slumber.

Black Doom: Shadow… the silver hedgehog’s eyes appear to be unaligned as they should be. You must share this incriminating detail on www.twitter.com, and consume the hysteria that shall follow from it.

Shadow: Alright, I wanted to tell them the manga was better anyway.

Had ShTH come out in the 20s, Digital Circuit’s Dark mission would have been something like “spread hot takes on Twitter, and plunge the world into chaos”

2v-leixip asked:

What is your favourite Leitmotif in Sonic games?

beevean answered:

Did you watch AL’s video? :P

I think my favorite use of letimotifs is His World. I’m not familiar with all of ‘06’s cutscene themes, but I love how you hear the theme in…

  • Sonic’s song (duh)
  • Sonic Appears, a cool and energetic version of it that introduces the character
  • Result Screen, a mellow acoustic version as you take your breath
  • The Time-Space Rift, mourning, as it starts when Sonic’s friends see his body (0:53) (it also has parts of Mephiles’ theme that play when they talk about the instable nature of the rift and that is cool)
  • Solaris Phase 2, the thriumphant climax of the game

There are surely more examples, but these are the ones I find the more striking.

Also, maybe not a leitmotif in the strict sense of the world, but I love how Infinite’s dubstep sounds are heard in Zavok’s theme, Metal’s theme, Virtual Enemies and Virtual Reality, all places/bosses of his own creation. Strangely, though, his last boss theme has no dubstep, but is still a remix of his own theme, which I choose to interpret as Infinite having pretty much lost at this point.

And obviously, Supporting Me having a reference to Live and Learn :P
